Cut-off Time

Orders submitted before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, are generally included in that business day's processing schedule. Orders received after the daily cut-off, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with established national shipping providers to ensure dependable delivery service. Carrier selection may vary depending on the destination, package size, logistics requirements, and operational efficiency.

Carrier assignments are determined automatically during fulfillment and cannot typically be selected by customers.


Tracking Orders

Once your shipment leaves our fulfillment facility, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates become available after the carrier scans the package into its network.

Please allow a short period for the first tracking event to appear. Carrier systems occasionally require additional time before displaying shipment progress online.


Delivery Delays

Although we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, transportation disruptions, seasonal shipping volume, customs inspections (where applicable), natural disasters, carrier operational issues, or incorrect shipping information.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates unusual inactivity or your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout. Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses may delay shipment or prevent successful delivery.

Returned Packages

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be shipped again due to incorrect customer-provided address information or unsuccessful delivery attempts.


Damaged Deliveries

International Shipping (Not Available)

At this time, we only fulfill orders within our available domestic shipping service area. International shipping is not currently offered through our website.

Order Changes

If you need to modify your order after it has been placed, including changes to products, quantities, or shipping information, please contact our support team immediately. Requests are reviewed as quickly as possible; however, changes can only be accommodated before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.


Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. Orders that have not yet entered processing may be eligible for cancellation.

After fulfillment activities have started or a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, cancellation requests generally cannot be completed. Customers may instead refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available post-delivery options.
