We understand that circumstances can change after an order has been placed. Whether you need to update your shipping information, modify the items in your order, or request a cancellation, our team will make every reasonable effort to assist you whenever possible. This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains how requests are handled, the timeframes involved, and what you can expect once an order has entered our fulfillment process.
Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, modification opportunities may be limited. We encourage customers to review all order details carefully before completing checkout and to contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.
Order Changes
If you need to make changes after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Requests are reviewed in the order they are received, and we will do our best to accommodate changes before your order enters the fulfillment process.
Depending on the status of your order, you may be able to request changes such as:
- Updating the shipping address.
- Correcting your name or contact information.
- Changing the size, color, or variation of an item.
- Adjusting the quantity of products purchased.
- Removing an item from the order.
- Adding additional products to an existing order when processing has not yet begun.
Once fulfillment activities begin, our ability to make modifications becomes extremely limited. Although we always attempt to help whenever possible, requested changes cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be eligible for cancellation if the request is received before processing begins. Since our standard handling time is 1 business day, we recommend contacting us immediately after placing your order if you decide you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically confirm that the order has been canceled. Our support team must first verify whether the order has already entered processing or been prepared for shipment.
If your cancellation request is approved before fulfillment begins, no further shipping activity will occur, and any applicable refund will be processed according to the refund timeline described below.
Processed Orders
After an order has entered processing, inventory has been allocated, packaging has begun, or shipping documentation has been prepared, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
Once a shipment has been transferred to one of our delivery partners, including USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we are generally unable to stop the shipment or make changes to its contents. At that stage, customers should wait until delivery has been completed and then refer to our Return & Refund Policy if they wish to return eligible merchandise.
Our goal is to fulfill orders efficiently while minimizing shipping delays, which is why processing begins promptly after successful payment verification.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout. Before submitting an order, we recommend carefully reviewing the recipient's name, street address, apartment or unit number (if applicable), city, state, postal code, and contact email.
If you discover that your shipping information contains an error, please contact us immediately. When the order has not yet entered processing, we will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment.
If the package has already been shipped, changes may no longer be possible. Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delayed delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or the package being returned by the shipping carrier.
If a package is returned because of customer-provided address errors, additional shipping charges may be required before the package can be shipped again.
Refunds
When an eligible cancellation request is approved before processing begins, any payment collected for the order will be refunded using the original payment method whenever possible.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. The time required for the refunded funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution or payment provider.
There is no restocking fee for approved cancellations or eligible returned merchandise.
If cancellation is no longer possible because the order has already shipped, refund eligibility will instead be determined under our Return & Refund Policy after the item has been delivered and returned according to the applicable requirements.

Replacement Orders
If an order cannot be modified because fulfillment has already been completed, customers who wish to receive a different product, color, size, or style may choose to place a new order for the preferred item.
In situations involving shipping damage, fulfillment errors, or receipt of an incorrect item, our support team will review the circumstances and provide appropriate instructions for resolving the issue as efficiently as possible.
Replacement requests are evaluated individually to ensure the most suitable solution based on the order details and inventory availability.
Customer Responsibilities
To help prevent delays or unnecessary complications, customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing checkout. This includes verifying:
- Selected products and quantities.
- Correct sizes, colors, and product variations.
- Billing information.
- Shipping address and postal code.
- Email address used for order confirmations.
- Preferred payment method before submitting payment.
Prompt communication is extremely important whenever changes are needed. Contacting us immediately after placing an order significantly improves the likelihood that requested updates can be completed before fulfillment begins.
Customers should also monitor their email after placing an order, as our team may contact them if clarification or additional verification is required before processing can continue.
